Oh Coco !!

I have been a Coco Rocha fan for a long time and I still am today. She is a supermodel she doesn’t even need to be introduced because everybody knows her knows her face and all and what I love about her is her versatility, she is one of a kind and she can be commercial but high fashion also and it’s just a pleasure to see her in different magazines and spreads…

The reason why I wanted to talk about her today is because (and I think you know that) she will be one of the judges of tis new modelling competition called “The Face”.

Well let me first say what it is about: it’s a competition almost like X factor but for models. Well the idea is that you have inspiring models that are competing in a team lead by Coco, Naomi Campbell, or Karolina Kurkova. Each team will compete against one another and at the end there will be only one winner. (Of course I will be supporting Coco’s team)

First of all I don’t really find it innovative, for me it’s just a mix of ANTM and X factor and there is nothing new, it’s still models competing against each other (for what I see in the trailer), what I like, however, is that the girls will be coached by supermodels that have experience in the business but still there will be this idea of competition of the leaders.

I don’t have much to say about the trailer; well I like it but I find Naomi really (not aggressive) but harsh and I think that there will be a lot of drama inside the show. what I don't like also is that I feel like Naomi is presented as the "boos" as if because she is this big star and this big model, I feel like the others are put aside a little bit; seems as if she directs the show. (For me) 

I just can’t say whether I’ll like it or not (whatever, what I think doesn’t matter anyway), I guess I’ll have to watch the first episode and see. (Starting on February)
